- Extensive knowledge of LED light sources in all its forms and types.
- Specialised expertise and laboratories where multiple tests on prototypes are performed before large-scale production.
- An in-house research and development department where we deal with PCB engineering, photometric solutions, firmware and software.
- Two specialised production sites with latest-generation automated processes
Where remote management is required for static and dynamic LED displays and lighting systems, via wireless or wired devices, Hitechled offers innovative solutions for implementing complex projects.
The work process for custom led solutions starts firstly with the specific request by the customer. Once the request has been analysed and the feasibility of the solution has been verified, the initial proposals are made and the engineering part of the solution is created. It is at this point that the first prototype is created which undergoes rigorous testing.
From here on, the second stage of implementation begins: firstly, the creation of an initial sampling, industrialisation and certification request.
Finally, once the go-ahead has been given after obtaining certification, the finished product is manufactured.
